What materials are used in your 3D printed foam products?
We are using CreaTECH bio-compatible soft TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) material for printing 3d printed Foam. CreaTECH manufactured by our partner Create it real in Denmark.
How do I place an order for customized 3D printed foam?
- Visit Our Website: Go to our homepage to explore our range of 3D printed foam products.
- Choose Your Product: Browse through our Products collections and select the product you are interested in customizing.
- Select Customization Option: Once you've chosen a product, you will see options to customize or standard, once you choose customize it will redirect you to Apple app store to download our 3d scanning app.
- Download App and Upload Your 3d scan: Make sure to follow the guidelines Video we provide to ensure your scan is compatible, Fill out all necessary fields to specify your requirements then upload.
- Make Payment: Complete your order by processing your payment. Ensure all information is correct before finalizing the transaction.
- Receive Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This will include an estimated delivery date.
How long will it take to get my 3d printed product?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy for customized products?
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damage as part of the claims process. If verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Customer satisfaction: if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues and, if necessary, initiate a refund process.
- Return Process: To qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team to notify us of your concern.
- Provide photos of the product highlighting the issue.
- Once approved, return the item in its original condition (including packaging, if possible) to our designated return address.
Refund: After we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 15 working days. Please note that shipping costs may not be refunded.
